Empowering Women Through Family Planning for a Better Future
Holistic Impact Hub continues its commitment to supporting vulnerable communities through a holistic and sustainable approach. Following our recent outreach in Kinama and Buterere (Ntahangwa Commune, Bujumbura), we gained valuable insights into the realities faced by many women raising their children under challenging socio-economic conditions.
Understanding the Reality
During our community visits, we met courageous women who are raising their children alone due to abandonment, widowhood, or lack of consistent support. While their resilience is remarkable, many face significant challenges in meeting basic needssuch as : • Adequate nutrition
• Access to healthcare
• Education for their children
One of the key issues identified is the difficulty of balancing family size with limited financial resources, which places additional pressure on already vulnerable households.
Our Approach: Dignity, Awareness, and Empowerment
At Holistic Impact Hub, we approach this issue with respect, empathy, and without judgment. We believe that empowering women with knowledge and access to services is essential for long-term impact.
